Since 1947, Cady Lifters has designed and manufactured quality below-the-hook lifting devices for industry. In 1995, Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a proven leader at manufacturing of material handling equipment, acquired Cady Lifters. With this acquisition CM Cady Lifters now offers a broad line of products for below- the-hook lifting requirements.

CM Cady products are designed by experienced engineers using the latest CAD design technology. All products are manufactured by experienced welders.
All CM Cady Lifters conform with the requirements of ANSI/ASME B30.20 for below-the-hook lifting devices.

Each lifter is inspected for conformance to specifications and workmanship and then load tested at a minimum of 125% of rated capacity. After testing, the lifter is re-inspected for any defects resulting from the load test. All inspection records are signed and placed in the permanent job file and a proof test certificate is issued.

All CM Cady lifters are painted safety yellow and clearly marked on two sides with their rated load capacity. Each lifter has a stamped serial number tag with the model
number, serial number, rated load capacity, date of manufacture and lifter weight.

CM Cady Lifters are manufactured in Lisbon, Ohio and shipped throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
